Responsibilities:
- To provide facilities support pertaining to maintenance issues.
- Handle complaint and security issues.
- Attend to all building faults/ incidents reported by internal & external customers
- Coordinate with external vendors/ contractors for servicing/ repairs & installation
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory and internal requirements
- Conduct daily inspection of facilities
- General upkeep of building, ensuring that the company's tidy policy is adhered to
- Any other administrative duties as required
Requirements:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience and must have relevant technical knowledge

Commercial Manager (Based in Malaysia, KL Office)

Review and assess business development logistics proposals including:
- verification of costs
- co-ordination of tax, treasury, insurance and legal input where applicable
- ensure that margin, IRR, Payback period, cash flows and sensitivity analysis have been correctly calculated supporting the valuation of the proposal
- identify risks/exposures, ensuring that the Company Business Rules and procedures have been complied with and the necessary expert/specialist advice (IT, Human Resources, Finance, Legal & Taxation) has been sought
- Review draft contracts, ensuring that the financial and commercial assumptions inherent in the business proposal are incorporated into the legal agreements.
- Active participation in contract negotiations and renewals, advising on the impact of changes suggested by customers and giving advice on financial and commercial issues that should be addressed with the customer.
- Prepare Capital Expenditure submissions for all contract related expenditure
- Active participation in contract implementation:
- propose and advise on invoicing structures and formats
- review and advise on supplier sub-agreements
- Support the country business development team in the development and continuous improvement of processes and tools for developing and reviewing cost contract proposals
- Coordinate and submit the claim of damage and loss of goods to Global Insurance Dept
Requirements:

- Knowledge of Financial modeling and contract costing, local taxation, withholding tax and commercial law
- Strong Business Commercial and Legal Knowledge preferred and ability to engage cross business functions
- Strong negotiation skill
- University degree or equivalent with 8-11 years experience in either Business Management, Accounting or Law, of which at least 5 years should have been in a financial managerial position in a commercial environment.
- Business level English skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent PC skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Financial Reporting Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Controller – Asia Pacific in continuously improving management reporting and business analysis to enable decisions that improve the profitability of the company’s business operations
- Play a more proactive role in performing financial analysis; and addressing and resolving key variances to plan or forecast, communicating findings and suggesting corrective actions
- Keep up-to-date with changes to HFM / Smartview reporting system and provide support to countries as required
- Create and maintain AP internal financial reporting templates for use by regional and country finance team
- Familiar with Group reporting and statutory reporting. Ensure group financial reporting matters (e.g. monthly / quarterly instructions) are clearly cascaded down to country finance team
- Pro-actively identify & highlight gaps & risks between actual performances with Budget / forecast / prior periods
- Analyze countries’ accounts receivable, net working capital, operating cash flow position
- Involve in annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Work closely with business units on any financial data request from Head Office, coordinate, review and consolidate the region’s financial data for next level of review prior to submission
- Ad hoc assignments, projects or analysis
Requirements:

- Preferably two to three years relevant working experience in MNC
- Degree in Business/Accountancy, ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accounting body
- Knowledge in HFM system a plus
- Able to work under pressure and strict timelines
