SALES MANAGER based in INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, the person is responsible for the development of sales and marketing strategies in Indonesia as well as to achieve the budgeted Sales of the Division. Essentially, the candidates must have a strong customer relationship, strengthening the defense and increasing sales in the region.
Key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities include:
- Secure new business and responsible for meeting company’s sales target.
- Formulating and implementing sales strategies.
- Identifying, building and maintaining effective relationship with customers.
- Conducting competitive analysis and positioning and make appropriate recommendation.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services. or other subjects of sale.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in relevant field. Preferably in film packaging division
- Be achievement oriented and possess strong leadership
- Mature and analytical as well as able to work independently and under pressure
- Aggressive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport
Competitive remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience. Periodical training in various aspects of manufacturing and product technical knowledge will be given.
