Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses cause of heavy equipment malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Re-engineering systems (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system) of heavy equipments and plants to improve its performance.
- Plans, directs, and records periodic maintenance activities, and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.

QUALITY CONTROL and SYSTEMS PROCEDURES CODE : QC-SP
Responsibilities:
- To control company's QMS documents.
- To actively work with operational division to ensure that they are capable and meet all quality and product safety requirements.
- To ensure that company's material products which are safe, legal and of the right quality
- To ensure the monitoring of production (pre and ‘in-line’), working with operational division & suppliers to ensure that right quality product is manufactured and shipped.
- To support the Purchasing Department in having suppliers meet quality and in-season development directives.
- Active involvement in factory audit, selection and improvement.
- Conduct necessary QA activities both pre and during production in order to identify and resolve production quality issues early in the product life cycle.
- Work with operational division, and suppliers, to improve factory base and product execution to consistently meet quality expectations and get thing right first time.
- Provide technical support to operation management for products, suppliers & factories
Requirements:
- Male, 27 - 30 years old, Indonesian citizens.
- Graduated S1 Chemical Engineer.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, procedures and best practice. Possess QMS training is preferred.
- 1 year experience in Quality Assurance role.
- Possess ISO 9001:2000 knowledge.
- Understand how to read the specification and drawings, able to use MS Office, AutoCad.
- High integrity and business ethics.
- Have high analysis and problem solving skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
- Good spoken and written English.
