PETROSEA is a leading engineering, construction and mining company with a track record of achievement in Indonesia for more than 36 years. Petrosea has been involved in the development of Indonesia s considerable oil & gas, mining and infrastructure industries. Petrosea is also operating in Southeast Asia Region with some challenging projects.

Currently, we are seeking highly competent and calibrated people to fill in position with following experiences and skills:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment programs to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirements and business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession Min 3-5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in Mining industry.
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools.
  • Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
  • Good in analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to all sites time to time.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as:
  • Sourcing for the prospective applicants.
  • Shortlist the potential candidates.
  • Interview and arrange other recruitment process, including medical examination and salary negotiation.
  • Confirm the newly recruit.
  • Make the recruitment progress report.
  • Review and clarifies personnel requisitions as to budgeted manpower and job requirements.
  • Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position, that been requested, using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine band, level and position class for each title/position.
  • Oversees and participate in the contracting and coordination of employment agencies involved in the placement of temporary employees.

HSE GRADUATE
Supporting and assist the HSE Corporate/Project Team in implementation and operation of HSE Management System in daily basis and develop individual competency (hard skill and soft skill) as required in HSE competency matrix in order to gain experience as well as achieving annual performance contract.

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment Engineering or other Engineering.
  • Have min GPA of 2.75 from 4 of scale.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to work in a remote area.
  • Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be prepared to develop industry skills and,
  • Willing to take instructions from others.
  • Must be prepared to learn and undertake on the job training.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist HSE Team to maintain, update and implemented Government Regulation related to project operation.
  • Prepare reporting in incident event in order to assist HSE Team in reporting incident injury event at project.
  • Assist and involve with HSE Team to conduct investigation for incident injury event or another event with high risk consequence in order to gain experience in conducting investigations.
  • Assist HSE Team in managing the HAZOB (collecting, follow up action, register and train employee in develop good quality hazob).

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements:
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years experiences as a Mining Engineer.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Willing to be placed in all company s locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
  • Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
  • Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
  • Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
  • Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
  • Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
  • Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER
Plan, control and monitor mining operation performance and liaise with Project Managers to foster an efficient mining operation through competent Technical & Engineering skills and disciplines.

Requirements:
  • Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC).
  • Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering.
  • Prepared to be based in remote locations, as required.
  • Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian.
  • Outstanding analysis skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
  • Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations.
  • Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines.
  • Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented.
  • Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility.

FORMALITIES OFFICER
Provide/ perform applications for the permits, licences, certificates, authorisations, and other approvals that the organisation needs to conduct its business activities; and produce, sell, and distribute its goods and services. These may include product licences, manufacturing, import and export permits. Prepare and coordinate registration and development of trademarks for the organization s range of products.

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Law.
  • Min. 2 years experience in relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with government regulations,handling permits and licenses, good knowledge of company licenses (such as TDP, SIUP/IUT, SKT, APIT, Masterlist, etc).
  • Good understanding in handling the regular reporting to the government (such as BKPM and ESDM quarterly report, etc).

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor the company licenses, permits and association certificates.
  • Communicate regularly with federal regulators and ensure company policies strictly adhere to statutory requirements.
  • Assist the area in relation to processes of product qualification and certification with government regulatory agencies.
  • Preparing submissions of licenses and renewals as requested to ensure all company licenses, permits and association certificates are complete and up to date.
  • Monitoring and setting timelines for license renewal and approvals.
  • Prepare and submit the regularly report such as;
- BKPM report (such as LKPM report, etc) as required.
- ESDM report as required.
- Salvage report.
- Monthly activities report.
- Etc.
  • Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company s quality system.
  • Maintain the regulatory file systems to assure clear traceability.

CUSTOMS COORDINATOR
Monitor all the importation / custom activities to ensure all company s imported goods are arrive in desired location with efficient cost, conform to customs laws and regulation in terms of supporting company s field operations.

Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years in relevant experiences.
  • Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
  • Familiar with the Master List BKPM / oil and gas.
  • Good understanding and implementation of international freight processing and system.
  • Good understanding and implementation of customs regulations/laws and procedures.
  • Creative thinking and ability to manage the work system.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
  • Control and verify the circulation of documents related to transportation, export, import customs clearance as well as delivery to site to ensure all goods shipped are equipped with complete legal documents.
  • Prepare import clearance file and identification of Import Harmonize System code to ensure all files and codes are complete and proper.
  • Monitor shipping forecast start off from carriers through Freight Forwarder and provide necessary and regular information in order to anticipate difficulties and adapt corrective measure to the actual situation.
  • Monitor handling and boarding operations at ports of loading and discharge at any port or airport of discharge (in Jakarta), or at transshipment port, receipt of goods, customs clearance and delivery to site to ensure all goods are arrived in respected destination without any difficulties.
  • Monitor and coordinate all movement of materials / equipment from supplier s ex work to the fabrication yard or storage area to ensure all movement are runs well and tractable.
  • Assist manager in reviewing and monitoring all customs examinations by external auditors & resolve the customs issues to ensure that customs issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Update and maintain the Oil and Gas & BKPM Master List in order to propose for achieve custom relief.

HR OPERATION ADMINISTRATION
Prepare and provide administrative and clerical support regarding employee administration and data payroll including HR support for all employees in order to provide employees with appropriate HR support that complies with company s policy and procedures and to achieve an effective and organized Human Resources Operation

Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree in any disciplines.
  • Ability to work to meet deadlines and willing to work extended hours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Min. 1 years previous experiences as a secretary or administration.
  • Strong PC skills using various software.
  • Have good communication skill and good personality,
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information; able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERING
Control and monitor the technical execution of a Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Engineering/Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that are purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, as well as providing specific solutions to constructability or interface (clash) issues during the construction phase.

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  • Min. 5 years previous experiences as Project Engineer.
  • Proven track record of performing a Senior Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines.
  • Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.

Responsibilities:
  • Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Fabricators prior to award and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
  • Be fully conversant with all Project Management Plans and all Company procedures. Enforce the use of the procedures and immediately identify any non compliances with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all technical specifications and industry codes are strictly enforced by all Vendors and subcontractors.
  • Manage and efficiently close out all Technical Queries that are raised by all partners including Vendors, Subcontractors, and Construction personnel. Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ s.
  • Manage the interface between Procurement and Engineering to ensure that Technical Bid Evaluations are prepared on a timely basis. Liaise with Vendors (via consultation with the Procurement Manager) as necessary to ensure that all technical aspects are dealt with prior to the award of work to Vendors and subcontractors. Attend the Kick-off meeting for all major orders.

PROJECT SECRETARY
Provide efficient secretarial and administration assistance to project in order to support project with administrative matters and participate in contribute the success of project function.

Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree (preferable in Administration / Secretary).
  • Min. 1 year experience in secretarial duties.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures.
  • Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications / reports and presentations to ensure all publications / reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use.
  • Organize and schedule arrangements for manager, including air travel and expences claim reimbursment to provide secretarial assistance.
  • Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance.
  • Perform other duties as per request to support and assist Project Manager in administration matters.
