Legal Officer

Responsibilities:


Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company’s business
Able to do legal drafting
Act as internal legal advisor to all departments and company’s management
Create internal regulation to support company’s operation
Monitor and up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company’s business


Requirements:


Age max 35 years old
Posses bachelor degree S1 majoring in Law, Civil Law, Business Law, or Economic Law
Minimum 3 (three) years experiences in holding company or public listed company
Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter
Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
Computer literate in using MS Office and internet 
Fluent in English both oral and writing
Highly initiative person, dynamic, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
